Hello Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, Month: November 2021
God is good all the time. It has been a wonderful month! Four more churches voted to take us on for support this month! We have begun planning to take a survey trip next year a few months before we move over to Indonesia for the long-term. We are so excited every day to be getting closer and closer to Indonesia!
Gina is feeling SO much better! Thank you all very, very much for praying for her and baby! Both are healthy as far as the nurse could tell. We now know that baby Looney is a girl!! We are so very happy to be her parents! Her name is Thalia. (Pronounced: TĂL-YUH) She’s just like her dad in that she cannot sit still. At the last appointment, the nurse tried to check and make sure baby was developing well, and because Thalia couldn’t be still she couldn’t find everything she was looking for. Please pray for the next appointment (Nov, 30th) that Thalia will be still long enough for the nurse to find everything.
I mentioned earlier how Gina and I are planning on taking our survey trip next year. We are planning on June 6th-20th, but we would love to invite people to join us on our survey trip! If you are interested in being a missionary, would like to take your senior trip with a missionary, or would like to see how supporting missions will help spread the Gospel in Indonesia, we would love for you to join us! You might say that you cannot in June, but that’s ok. We can move the dates, we have not bought tickets yet. We would not be able to take care of your expenses, but if you want to know what it is like to move to another country, this is the perfect chance! This is your invitation to go with us for just a few weeks!
We thank you for you prayers and support! We hope and pray that God would bless you as you have blessed us! Would you continue to pray that God would keep us safe as we travel the roads on deputation, and that He would continue to bring us in contact with those whom we can be a blessing to? That He would continue to raise up young people who believe in Missions? And to raise our support level so that we may reach Indonesia with the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?
