Hello Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, Month: July 2021
It’s difficult to believe the year is already half over! Over this past month God has been so very good to us! He has blessed us with five new partnering churches! We have just a quick three things we wanted to share with you guys this week.
First, I wanted to share with you about S.M.I.T.E. camp! I love going to and helping with S.M.I.T.E.! This year there were over 250 young people gathered together at Summer Missionary Institute of Training for Evangelism (S.M.I.T.E) to learn how to share the Gospel.
As we all went out each day for Bible clubs, over 580 people heard the Gospel! God is still working all around the world, and He wants to use you and those around you, no matter your age, to further His work in this world!
Second, unexpectedly, we were in a church that wanted to help us get a new computer/laptop that we could count on not only for the rest of deputation, but while we are in Indonesia. They gave us $500 towards a new computer! Gina and I praise the LORD for this because a really good computer is the last “big” purchase (that we have thought) that we have stateside before going to Indonesia. Which means now what we really want to focus on is our Set-up Fund! It is exciting to begin setting aside and saving for our move to Indonesia!
Third, please pray for Pastor Austin Gardner. He went into the doctor’s office for a routine check-up, and they saw something so they told him to come back in a week to get it further checked out. He went back to the doctor on Wednesday, June 30th, and they found several large growths on his kidneys. Please pray that the doctors would has wisdom to know how to proceed!
We thank you for you prayers and support! We hope and pray that God would bless you as you have blessed us! Would you continue to pray that God would keep us safe as we travel the roads on deputation, and that He would continue to bring us in contact with those whom we can be a blessing to? That He would continue to raise up young people who believe in missions? And to raise our support level and set up fund so that we may reach Indonesia with the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?
