Dashing through December

Hello Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers, Month: January 2022

Happy New Year!!! Last year was full of amazing things we saw God do! I can’t hardly wait to see the blessings and trials this year has and to see how God works through it all! God gave us SIX more supporting churches in December and that puts us just over 40% of our needed support!

December also offered us the opportunity to help with the Our Generation Summit at Vision Baptist Missions. I was given the opportunity to speak to approximately 150 teens and adults interested in missions as well as the opportunity to present missions to children at the conference and help them understand that God has a purpose for their life. Please be in prayer for all the people who attended the Summit. We had dozens of souls express a desire to serve the Lord in ministry. Our prayer is that these souls will remain willing and will actively seek how the Lord wants to use them.

Indonesia is finally accepting visas once again. As many of you may already know, through this pandemic, many other countries have not been allowing international travel. Indonesia especially because in the middle of 2021 they had a really bad outbreak and that pushed their plans to open up even further back. But God be praised! Indonesia has begun to open up! They are not yet accepting the visas we want to apply for, but Lord willing they will be accepting missionary visas again when we are ready to apply for them. Please be in prayer with us to this end.

Covid pending and LORD willing, Gina and I are planning on taking our survey trip in June. We would love to have you join us. You can visit our website and fill out the form to let us know that you are interested in going with us! We would love to take 10 or 15 people interested in missions and who want to know more about what a missionary looks for when they go on their survey trip. You can go with us for a couple of weeks in Indonesia! When we return we will have a more accurate idea of what exactly it’s going to take to move from the USA to Indonesia, and what kind of doors the Lord has open in Indonesia.

We thank you for you prayers and support! We hope and pray that God would bless you as you have blessed us! Would you continue to pray that God would keep us safe as we travel the roads on deputation, and that He would continue to bring us in contact with those whom we can be a blessing to? That He would continue to raise up young people who believe in Missions? And to raise our support level so that we may reach Indonesia with the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?

With love in our hearts,

In service to The King,

Jens & Gina Looney
